Complaint Process
Complaint Process
How to Make a Complaint
This Code of Practice must be adhered to by Authorised Marriage Celebrants. We must maintain a high standard of service and professional conduct, in compliance with current legislation in relation to marriage ceremonies.
Whilst I always strive to give my clients the very best of service, you may feel that there is something that has not worked for you.
In the unlikely event that you have a concern about the service you have received from me, you are encouraged by the Attorney-General’s Department, to discuss your concerns with me first. If possible, the best time to do this is before the ceremony, when there is still time to change our plan. I am more than happy to discuss any concerns you have.
However, if you are not able to do this, or you believe your concern requires further consideration, you should make you complaint, within 3 months of the matter complained of, using the contact details below.
